1. Talk Through the Project
We start with the house, scope, priorities, budget, and what you are trying to accomplish.
2. Plan the Work
We develop scope, pricing, selections, scheduling, permits, procurement, and trade coordination before construction begins.
3. Build & Manage
NEA coordinates our field crew and trade partners while managing schedule, quality control, decisions, and communication.
4. Walk Through & Close Out
We complete the final walk-through, punch work, inspections, documentation, and project closeout.
